HOURS SUBMISSIONS

For the EXCEL file, everything is pre-loaded. Just add your name, hourly pay-rate and hours worked in it's appropriate column. If entered correctly, the spreadsheet will automatically add your hours.

For the PDF version, you can print the form and manually enter your hours and add the total in the appropriate columns. To submit, you can take a picture and send it via text or email.
